自动送扣机安装与维修方法
自动送扣机因对服装工厂效率的提高显著,被越来越多的工作所使用。随着自动送扣机的大量普及,许多的机修师傅对于安装与维修售后问题缺少必要的技能。在此情况之下箭马公司工程师精心制作了此安装与维修资料以供各位学习。
一更换扣夹座:把上图1,2位置的螺丝卸掉,3,4位置的螺丝松开,将原装扣夹座卸下,再安装自动送扣机标配的扣夹座。
Replace the button clamp holder: Removed the screws(PIC 1,2),Loosen the screws( 3,4 place),remove the original button clamp holder ,then install standard parts.
二松开5位置的螺丝,调整机针与纽扣孔的位置。
Loosen the screws ( Position 5),adjusting the needle and button holes position
三根据钉扣机和自动送扣机的位置高低,在四个角落放上羊毛垫。
According to the position of button sewing machine,put some of wool mat to make two machines same height.
四插入J14进气管(后) J15出气管(前) 再插入J1 传感器。
Install J14 inlet pipe(back),J15 outlet pipe(front),Install J1 sensor.
五把当下要钉的扣子夹到扣夹上。put one button into the clamp.
六根据当下要钉的扣子,调整J1传感器的位置直到红灯亮再拧紧螺丝。
Put one button into the clamp,move the sensor to make red lighting up.then tight the screw.
七大致调整机针对准左上角的扣爪(没有固定螺丝前不要调节螺杆)
To align the first stitch button holes(Forbidden to adjust the screw if fixing screw unfixed).
八然后固定三个位置的螺丝。 Fixed three screws.
1903传感器安装(1903 SENSOR INSTALL)
九安装J6 送扣传感器:先放下压脚,安装送扣机的传感器,对上感应槽固紧螺丝。
Install J6 button feeder sensor:Put down the presser foot firstly,Installed the feeder’s sensor and the sensing groove ,to be ensure alignement correctly ,then tighten the screw.
十安装J7断针保护传感器(注:原装重机不需要安装J7传感器)
Install J7 presser foot lifting、needle protector sensor.( JUKI original type no need install the J7 sensor)
十一连接脚踏开关,断针保护连接的时候,有三个插口(因钉扣机接线不固定)插上去如果钉扣机不工作,那需要更换另一个插口。直到更换正确为止(注:必须把其中两个插回去,以免无法启动)
Connect the pedal switch:three different connection wires for connect needle protection function.(different button sewing machine,different connection wires)
After connected not working,should be connect to another one wire.Once connecting correctly(Attention:in order to the machine run properly, another two pcs of wires,should to put it back).
438D传感器安装(438D SENSOR INSTALL)
十二将送扣传感器线并接在钉扣机电磁铁的电源线上(P6位置)。
Connected together with the electromagnet sensor wires.
438FX传感器安装位置(438FX SENSOR INSTALL)
十三将送扣传感器线并接在钉扣机电磁铁的电源线上(p2位置)
Connected together with the electromagnet sensor wires.
373D传感器安装位置(373D SENSOR INSTALL)
十四将送扣传感器线并接在钉扣机电磁铁的电源线上
Connected together with the electromagnet sensor wires.
十五最后安装罩壳 At last stall the back cover.
十六安装好后再根据当下使用的扣子, 通过对扣调节螺杆调整到精确位置 (机针对准左上角扣爪位置)
After all finish,according to the buttons ,through to the adjusting screw ,rotating it to make the needle and button clamp in accurate position.
十七调节挡扣板,先拧开固定螺丝,再拧调节螺丝使挡扣板左右移动,距离纽扣0.5mm左右,以适应纽扣的宽度,再按屏幕手动测试页面上的挡板伸缩按键,进行测试,调节好后拧紧螺丝。
Adjust the buttons baffle, loosen the fixed screw firstly.Then rotating the adjusting screw to move the button baffle with the best position.Press the baffle extension on the screen, tight the screw after finished adjust.
十八在接入总气源时,注意调节气压表,建议气压在0.3-0.4Mpa,切勿超出0.55Mpa,以免气压顶坏气缸。
When connecting the air supply,attention the air pressor meter pls.recommended air pressure 0.3-0.4Mpa,don’t exceed 0.55Mpa,otherwise easy damage the air cylinder.

故障排除TROUBLESHOOTING
一、纽扣不落位 Buttons do not fall to the proper position
解决方法:
1.检查磁控开关位置
2.检查旋转立柱和送扣针板的中心位置
3.检查闸板位置
4.检查送扣针板上是否有余扣
5.检查主板输入端J18,24V电源
6.检查24V电源
Solution:
1.Check the position of magnetic switch.
2.Check the central position of rotating column and button feeding needle plate.
3.Check the position of gate.
4.Check whether there are excessive buttons at button feeding needle plate.
5.Check J18,24V power supply at motherboard input terminal.
6.Check 24V power supply.
二、不送扣:Do not feed buttons:
解决方法:
1.检查无扣磁控开关J3位置
2.检查自动送扣光电开关J6位置
3.检查机臂上升磁控开关J2位置
4.检查原点磁控开关位置
5.检查闸板伸缩磁控开关J4位置
6.检查主板相关输入端
7.检查24V电源
Solution:
1.Check the position of magnetic switch J3 when there is no button.
2.Check the position of photoelectric switch J6 for automatically feeding buttons.
3.Check the position of magnetic switch J2 for lifting engine arm.
4.Check the position of magnetic switch at origin.
5.Check the position of gate retractable magnetic switch J4.
6.Check motherboard-related input terminal.
7.Check 24V power supply.
三、震动器不工作 Vibrator does not work
解决方法:
1.检查电源
2.检查继电器
3.检查主板输入J23电源
4.检查震动器线圈
5.检查震动器控制器电路板输出
Solution:
1.Check power supply.
2.Check relay.
3.Check motherboard output power supply J23.
4.Check the coil of vibrator.
5.Check the circuit board output of vibrator and controller.
四、故障自检功能 Fault self-inspection function
1.J1 夹扣器气缸传感器故障 Failure of button clamping cylinder sensor
检查故障
⑴ 检查传感器是否故障
⑵ 检查传感器是否安装正确
⑶ 检查气缸气压是否在0.3-0.35Mpa之间
Check failures:
⑴ Check whether the sensor is faulty.
⑵ Check whether the sensor is installed properly.
⑶ Check whether the cylinder pressure is between 0.3-0.35Mpa.
解决方法:
⑴ 更换新的传感器
⑵ 重新安装传感器到感应灯亮的位置并固定螺丝
⑶ 调整气缸气压到0.3-0.35Mpa之间

2.J2 机臂下降气缸传感器故障 Failure of engine arm lowering cylinder sensor

(1)Check whether the sensor is faulty.
(2)Check whether the sensor is installed properly.
(3)Check whether the cylinder pressure is between 0.3-0.35Mpa.
解决方法:
⑴ 更换新的传感器
⑵ 重新安装传感器到感应灯亮的位置并固定螺丝
⑶ 调整气缸气压到0.3-0.35Mpa之间
Solution:
⑴ Replace a new sensor.
⑵ Re-install the sensor at the position where the sensor light is on and tighten the screws.

3.J3 立轴气缸传感器故障 Failure of vertical shaft cylinder sensor
检查故障
⑴ 检查传感器是否故障
⑵ 检查传感器是否安装正确
⑶ 检查气缸气压是否在0.3-0.35Mpa之间
Check failures:
⑴ Check whether the sensor is faulty.
⑵ Check whether the sensor is installed properly.

4.J4 挡扣气缸传感器故障 Failure of button blocking cylinder sensor

⑶ 检查气缸气压是否在0.3-0.35Mpa之间

5.J5 机臂传感器故障不在起点 The failure of engine arm sensor is not at the starting point.
检查故障
⑴ 检查传感器是否故障

解决方法:
⑴ 更换新的传感器
⑵ 重新安装传感器到感应灯亮的位置并固定螺丝

⑵ Re-install the sensor at the position where the sensor light is on and tighten the screws.
6.J6 送扣传感器故障 Failure of button feeder sensor
检查故障
⑴ 检查传感器是否故障
⑵ 检查传感器是否安装正确
Check failures:
⑴ Check whether the sensor is faulty.
⑵ Check whether the sensor is installed properly.
解决方法:
⑴ 更换新的传感器
⑵ 重新安装传感器到感应灯亮的位置并固定螺丝
Solution:
⑴ Replace a new sensor.
⑵ Re-install the sensor at the position where the sensor light is on and tighten the screws.
7.J7 钉扣机压脚抬起传感器故障 Failure of presser foot lifting sensor of button sewing machine.
检查故障
⑴ 检查传感器是否故障
⑵ 检查传感器是否安装正确
Check failures:
⑴ Check whether the sensor is faulty.
⑵ Check whether the sensor is installed properly.
解决方法:
⑴ 更换新的传感器
⑵ 重新安装传感器到感应灯亮的位置并固定螺丝
⑴ Replace a new sensor.
⑵ Re-install the sensor at the position where the sensor light is on and tighten the screws.
8.故障报警(无扣) Fault alarm(no button)
解决方法:
⑴ 检查测厚机构是否忘记放扣子,或放的扣子规格不对
⑵ 检查送扣轨道宽度调整是否适中
⑶ 检查吹气压力是否在0.3-0.35Mpa之间
⑷ 震动盘送料速度是否能跟得上钉扣速度。否则要加快送料速度
⑸ 检查J3输入端。磁性开关位置不正确,重新调整位置
Solution:
⑴ Check whether buttons have not placed for thickness measuring mechanism,or the specifications of button are not incorrect.
⑵ Check whether the button feeding track width has been adjusted properly.
⑶ Check whether the air blowing pressure is between 0.35-0.4Mpa.
⑷ Check whether the feeding speed of vibration plate can keep up with the button sewing speed;otherwise,speed up the feeding rate.
⑸ Check J3 input terminal;if the position of magnetic switch is not correct,re-adjust it.
9.机臂驱动器故障 Failure of mechanical arm driver
解决方法:
⑴ 清除机臂障碍物
⑵ 关机重启
Solution:
⑴ Clean mechanical arm’s obstacles.
⑵ Power off and then restart.
日常维护 Daily maintenance
1.每两个半月检查一次油瓶,检查油位是否低于三分之一,如果低于三分之一,请将油加至三分之二即可。
Checking the oil bottle each 70days after.If the oil less than 1/3 level,add to 2/3 level please.
2.每隔一个月给机器上所有运动部位的导柱添油,保持润滑性。
Add some oil for mechnical parts area each month to keep lubrication (Attention: don’s too much ,just a little please.)
3.每隔一个星期清理风扇罩,注意用空气压缩器吹,禁止水洗。
One time a week to clean the fan cover,please using air compressor to blowing,no washing.
温馨提示:接地线必须接地,在安装保养时必须断气断电。
