忆往昔峥嵘岁月稠。
25年前，“中捷”应运而生。
25年来，我们大家团结协作、共面风雨、砥砺前行，中捷致力产品研发和生产，经销商致力做好销售和服务，供应商致力提供保障和支持，发挥各自优势，共同培育中捷品牌，共同成就中捷品牌，中捷品牌之花开遍大地，香飘世界。
25年里，我们共同经历了中捷注册资本从当时104.5万元变成6.88亿元、销售从当时只有几十万元到十几亿元、成为全国缝纫机行业龙头企业之一，也共同见证了中捷成为全国缝纫机行业第一家上市的民营企业、玉环市第一家上市公司，更共同感受了中捷的一些曲折过程。
中捷能走到今天，极为不易，除各方的努力之外，最重要的就是我们中捷员工、经销商、供应商的依然坚守，为中捷的未来发展争取了时间和空间，感谢你们！

当前，法院裁定中捷资源投资股份有限公司控股股东浙江中捷环洲供应链集团股份有限公司持有的中捷资源全部股份归玉环市国有资产投资经营集团有限公司控制的玉环市恒捷创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）所有，这意味着中捷踏上新起点，更意味着中捷也将不再折腾，也不能够再折腾。
亲爱的中捷人，疫情终将被战胜，中捷也必将迎来新的发展！
站在新起点，展望前程，中国经济和缝纫机行业都将进入“新常态”，对此我们要有紧迫感。

25 years ago, "ZOJE" was born at the right moment.
Over the past 25 years, all of us have been working together, facing the storm and move forwardbravely. ZOJE is committed to product R&D and production, distributors are committed to sales and service, suppliers are committed to providing guarantee and support, giving full play to their respective advantages, jointly cultivating ZOJE brand, and jointly achieving ZOJE brand. ZOJE brand flowers are blooming all over the world.
In the past 25 years, we have experienced the transformation of ZOJE's registered capital from 1.045 million yuan to 688 million yuan, and its sales from only a few hundred thousand yuan to a billion yuan, becoming one of the leading enterprises in the sewing machine industry in China. We have also witnessed ZOJE's becoming the first listed private enterprise in the sewing machine industry in China and the first listed company in Yuhuan City, and we have also experienced some twists and turns of ZOJE.
It's not easy for ZOJE to go through these days. Apart from the efforts of all parties, the most important thing is that our ZOJE employees, dealers and suppliers still stick to it, and strive for time and space for the future development of ZOJE. We have to say thank you so much!

At present, Yuhuan Hengjie venture capital partnership (limited partnership) controlled by Yuhuan state owned assets investment and operation group Co., Ltd. has transferred all shares held by Zhejiang ZOJE Huanzhou Supply Chain Group Co., Ltd., the former controlling shareholder of ZOJE Resources Investment Co., Ltd., which means that ZOJE has set a new starting point, and it means that ZOJE will no longer be tossed, nor can it Toss again.
Dear ZOJE people, the epidemic will be defeated, and ZOJE will also usher in new development!
Standing at a new starting point and looking forward to the future, China's economy and sewing machine industry will enter the "new normal", which we need to have a sense of urgency.
