用途

• 减少在缝制过程中，由于布料受缝制整烫所产生的收缩。
• 防止做出来的衣服产生尺寸变化或变型。
• 使布料裁剪得以顺利进行。
• 使衬布及面布间能紧密的结合，经预缩定型之布料，无需考虑布料裁剪、缝制、整烫后的收缩，即便于生产，又提高产品之附加值。

• To bring better effect for bonding fabric & interlining. After shrinking and forming through machine, the shrunk and formed fabrics are stable for cutting, sewing and ironing. Besides, this also increases the additional values of the products.

• 采用强力吸风冷却系统，急速冷却布料，利用温度差而达到定型的效果。
• 摇臂摆动将布料来回折迭，降低因卷布所产生之张力。
• 特殊的电加热辅助装置，可补蒸汽加热之不足，任意调整烘干区域之温度。
• 装配计码器可准确测量定型后布料长度。

Features:

• The auto sensor of feeding conveyor feeds the fabric without tension.
• Use the steam and the relaxing vibrator to soften the fabric.
• The fabrics are conveyed into the dry area through the vibration area so that the steamed fabrics can be dried perfectly.
• Use the powerful suction cooling system to cool the fabric quickly and then get the fabric fixed through the strong cooling.
• Use the oscillator stacker to lay the fabric keeping the relaxing tension.
• The main steam heating and auxiliary electrical heating are to ensure the temperature accordingly.
• Equipped with Counter to measure the fabrics length after Shrinking and Forming.
