It applies the law of X axis and Y axis to cut the rolled-up material in rolled-up material in the coiling machine into rolls of the desired size. It is applicable to slitter of cloth, rubberized fabric, leather, paper, interlining, and so on, by means of dividing,combining and rebound return design,and reasonable use of frequency converter to perform speed adjustment of material clamp and cutter, to cut the binding slits into desired sizes at different rotation speeds in response to various materials .Therefore, when compared with other devices with similar functions, it is more energy-efficient, environmental friendly,and safer to operate.
