针杆部强制回油装置
机器在高速运转中，针杆部极易发生渗油现象。因此，针杆部采用了强制回油装置，既保证了针杆部的充分润滑，又可有效地防止针杆部的渗油现象。
 
Oil leakage often easily happens to the needle stems when machines are running at great speed. Therefore a forced oil return device is used at needle stems to lubricate fully them and avoid oil leakage from them.
 
按钮式针码调节
按扭式针码调节最适合式品种生产。变更针距只需按住按钮边把手轮的调节刻度调整到适合的位置。因此，可以简单而确切地进行调节。
 
Button type needle distance adjustment device is suitable for production of multi types. The adjustment scale on the hand wheel is adjusted to a suitable position by pressing the button to change needle distance. Therefore the needle distance can be easily and correctly adjusted.
